The next European Lean IT Summit will take place on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 November 2012 in Paris, France. Last year, we received a great response, due in large part to the quality of our program. This year, we would like to propose a new cast of speakers and a lot more success stories and hands-on workshops. We are looking for people who have successfully implemented Lean in IT operations (such as software development, product management, help desks, data centers, IT infrastructure, support, QA, IT applied to the supply chain…).
