I am particularly interested by people development through problem solving. On a daily basis, I coach operational teams to identify their customers’ expectations, to see and to understand problems which prevent to satisfy them. Eventually, I help them self-organize to find their own solutions and be proud of it. I coach teams in several areas: IT, central functions and support. In 2002, I discovered the Agile/Lean approach, which I have introduced and driven within the software development team of a major telecom supplier. Then I conducted an improvement program where I coached several international projects before joining Operae Partners in 2010.
