After I graduated in Digital Business Management in a business school, I discovered Lean management when I worked at the Lean office of the city hall of Saint-Cyr-L’École as a change management consultant. I led several projects including “Qualivilles” certification for the city and coached the IT service in its continuous improvement process.
I joined Operae Partners as a Lean coach while following the Continuous Improvement course at ECAM Lyon to develop my skills and knowledge on Lean management applied to services and manufacturing.
