I
worked for 8 years in the ceramics industry as a developer, then for over ten years as an SAP project manager. More recently, I’ve been teaching Lean management in business and logistics schools. I hold a CES Lean from ParisTech and an MBA from IAE Paris.
For the past 9 years, I’ve been helping operational teams and managers to make a success of their Lean turnaround, in manufacturing as well as in IT and services. I like to define myself as a Lean craftsman in the sense of “putting his art at the service of others”, who builds his tools and elaborates the best solution according to the customer’s context. Every new project, business and team is an opportunity to progress and learn.
