I began my journey in IT in 2004 in the IT Production department of a major European banking group. I led various missions, starting with expertise in computer security in telecom and embedded computing domains. Progressing towards cross-functional project management, I faced challenges in designing technical solutions and deploying them on a large scale, involving increasingly diverse teams. In 2012, while contemplating the best way to deliver successful outcomes for my clients, I encountered Lean Management by joining its deployment program. Subsequently, I led the team of coaches responsible for continuing this Lean and Agile deployment. I also contributed to various improvement initiatives and coached operational divisions through transformation. In 2024, I joined Operae Partners, determined to continue my Lean journey alongside their community of coaches.
I am particularly sensitive to genuine collaboration among individuals. As an engineer by training, I am keenly interested in enhancing my work environment, tools, and practices. These two interests naturally lead me to Lean Management and the values it promotes. I assist teams in achieving collective success to bring smiles to their clients and collaborators.
