As communication and events manager, my mission is to raise the profile of Operae Partners consultants and promote Lean management in the services industry and in IT. I coordinate events that Operae Partners and Institut Lean France organize together such as the annual Lean IT Summit which gathers Lean thinkers and Lean IT practitioners in Paris every fall, and the Lean Services Days. I also help maintain several Lean communities
Before discovering Operae Parters and its passionate team of Lean consultants, I worked in communication agencies managing PR for tech companies.
I work to encourage communication between Lean practitioners and promote the fundamental principles of Lean management: continuous improvement and respect for people.
