A graduate of a master’s degree in Sociology of Work specializing in change management, I began my career in a local authority by applying Lean thinking to the various departments of the organization. Thus, the desire to accompany multiple sectors of activity was obvious to me. In fact, I chose to join Operae Partners, because we share the same values focused on listening and helping others.
My school curriculum has given me a dual focus of reflection: understanding the human in society through the concepts of sociology as well as a technical and operational reflection with my specialization in change management. This addition embodies a complete apprehension of the organization of work and the resulting changes.
Lean thinking leads to a change that encompasses the professional activity as a whole. In fact, it leads to an improvement of the organisation’s efficiency and to cost reduction but also to the development of the skills of employees, the elimination of waste, positively influencing the quality of life at work.
