For the past eight years, I have been coaching operational teams and their managers in Lean transformation programs and projects in the services industry. I work with help desks, call centers, point of sale and IT service teams. I train teams in problem solving and visual management, train internal coaches in PDCA, and train sponsors in field visits. These actions have a very significant impact on the performance of the company, as well as on their clients’ and teams’ satisfaction. I joined Operae Partners after 12 years of prior consulting experience.
Lean attracts me with the potency of its field observations and the satisfaction of giving teams the autonomy to solve their own problems. I drive client satisfaction by developing and respecting people.
