With a degree from a leading engineering school, I worked for a French multinational in a number of positions: technical-performance project manager, head of the Performance-Data-Quality division, and head of the customer relations division. My leitmotiv was to embody, lead and promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
With 13 years’ experience, including 7 years in management, I joined Operae Partners as a coach to support teams through change and the adoption of a Lean culture.
